How do I return or exchange an item?

There are NO exchanges & NO returns, unless the item is damaged, wrong order, or issue with size upon arrival! To start the return process, you can contact us at rebellabelleshop@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

 

When will I receive my order?

All orders take 2-4 weeks to process. Processing time is only the time to cut, sew, and ship your order. Shipping time can vary depending on location & what shipping option you choose at checkout. Standardized shipping in the USA can take 2-10 days & International shipping can take 2-4 weeks. If you choose expedited shipping this estimated shipping time will be shortened.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

There are NO cancellations on orders. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process your order. Processing time is only the time to cut, sew, and ship your order. Shipping time can vary depending on location & what shipping option you choose at checkout. Once an order Is shipped we are not responsible for shipping delays, errors, or other Postal issues. How do the garments fit?

All the garments are made from spandex based fabrics. Spandex is a very stretchy material. If you want a standard fit order your regular size. If you want a “body con” styled fit, order 1 size down. (If you’re normally a size M order a S)

 

Why is my order being delayed?

With this being a small business, and one woman sewing and shipping all the orders there’s always a chance for a delay. Sometimes I get sick, or sometimes there’s an Issue with USPS sending the order. If you ever want the status of an order please just reach out to our Customer Service via email or Instagram DM
