How do I return or exchange an item?

There are NO exchanges & NO returns, unless the item is damaged, wrong order, or issue with size upon arrival! To start the return process, you can contact us at rebellabelleshop@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I receive my order?

All orders take 2-4 weeks to process. Processing time is only the time to cut, sew, and ship your order. Shipping time can vary depending on location & what shipping option you choose at checkout. Standardized shipping in the USA can take 2-10 days & International shipping can take 2-4 weeks. If you choose expedited shipping this estimated shipping time will be shortened.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

There are NO cancellations on orders. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process your order. Processing time is only the time to cut, sew, and ship your order. Shipping time can vary depending on location & what shipping option you choose at checkout. Once an order Is shipped we are not responsible for shipping delays, errors, or other Postal issues. How do the garments fit?

All the garments are made from spandex based fabrics. Spandex is a very stretchy material. If you want a standard fit order your regular size. If you want a “body con” styled fit, order 1 size down. (If you’re normally a size M order a S)

Why is my order being delayed?

With this being a small business, and one woman sewing and shipping all the orders there’s always a chance for a delay. Sometimes I get sick, or sometimes there’s an Issue with USPS sending the order. If you ever want the status of an order please just reach out to our Customer Service via email or Instagram DM

By taking part in this giveaway you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the giveaway. 1. What can you win?

In this giveaway you’re eligible to win 2-4 items up to a $350 value. Shipping to everywhere Domestically in the US and everywhere Worldwide (with express shipping available)

2. Who can enter?

Anyone who is following @rebellabelle on INSTAGRAM. Must be following in order to enter the giveaway and there is unlimited amount of entries!

3. How to enter

You must like the giveaway post. Repost on your story. Tag 3 friends in the comments. For every 3 friends you tag = 1 entry. There is an unlimited amount of entries so be sure to tag all your friends!

4. Closing Times

The giveaway will run from August 1st- August 21st. Please be sure to have your entries ready by then.

5. How are winners selected?

The winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

All winners must contact us with shipping details within 7days from the August 21th. All winners must also follow each step listed above & where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Giveaway.
